The 205 Women in Civil Awards were presented at the Women in Civil Lunch in July 2025, where we were joined by the Honourable Simone McGurk MLA, the Minister for Women. Women in Civil Mentoring Program
The Women in Civil Mentoring Program is a professionally designed and delivered development program for women Mentees in the Western Australian civil infrastructure industry who seek support, guidance and professional growth.
Mentees are paired with a highly experienced Mentor who is willing to commit time and energy to help the Mentee with their professional development. CCF WA works with leadership development organisation Modal to deliver the program, which is facilitated by Rechelle Hawkes AM, former Hockeyroos Captain and three-time Olympic gold medalist. This program assists Mentees develop skills in areas including goal setting, understanding personality styles, network building, how to identify and confront challenges, and industry understanding and confidence. The 2025 CCF WA Women in Civil Mentoring Program is now underway and will finish in April 2026. The 2025 Mentoring Program is proudly sponsored by BOS Civil, Georgiou and SRG Global.
