The Women in Civil Mentoring Program is a professionally designed and delivered development program for women Mentees in the Western Australian civil infrastructure industry who seek support, guidance and professional growth.Mentees are paired with a highly experienced Mentor who is willing to commit time and energy to help the Mentee with their professional development. The program is facilitated by Rechelle Hawkes AM, former Hockeyroos Captain and three-time Olympic gold medallist. This program assists Mentees develop skills in areas including

Presented by CCF WA, the Awards recognise leadership, achievement and commitment to excellence across four categories: Industry Leader Award, Emerging Leader Award, Trainee/Apprentice of the Year, and Corporate Leader Award. Winners are announced each year at the Women in Civil Lunch, where industry comes together to celebrate finalists, connect with peers and champion greater diversity across civil construction.
