Civil Construction Apprenticeships available in Western Australia!

From September 2021, nine civil construction traineeships have transitioned to apprenticeships and are formally recognised with a trade certificate.

The transition to apprenticeships is increasing the quality of training in civil construction and creating stronger career pathways into the industry.

The qualifications are:

• RII30920 Certificate III in Civil Construction (seven streams)
• RII30820 Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
• RII31619 Certificate III in Trenchless Technology

The new Apprenticeships available are:

• Civil Construction (Level 3)
• Bituminous Surfacing (Level 3)
• Bridge Construction and Maintenance (Level 3)
• Pipe Laying (Level 3)
• Road Construction and Maintenance (Level 3)
• Road Marking (Level 3)
• Tunnel Construction (Level 3)
• Plant Operations (Level 3)
• Trenchless Technology (Level3)
