Help shape the future of our industry and get rewarded!

CCF National has secured a Federal Grant in an industry partnership with Master Builders Australia and the Australian Workers Union (supported by Bunnings and Brickworks) in delivering a major new initiative to better support women’s careers in construction.

As part of this, independent research agency Insightfully is conducting one-on-one interviews and quantitative surveys across the sector.

We’re inviting your insights on:

• What’s working – and what’s not – when it comes to supporting women in construction.
• The real barriers employers face, and what would help.
• The types of tools, training, or HR support that would make a difference.

Your input will directly shape the development of new programs, best practice resources, and practical supports to help businesses attract and retain diverse talent.

You can participate in one of three ways:

• A 45-minute interview via phone or online — with a $200 thank you.
• A short 5–10-minute survey.
• Or both.

The research agency will then share the aggregated findings with the program partners and yes, responses will be anonymous and standard privacy policies apply and your input will help shape the Building Women’s Careers program. Any survey data will not be de-identified or shared with others outside the program.
